The Oncenter box office is a Ticketmaster Retail Outlet, where you can buy tickets in person or pick up tickets you’ve already purchased by phone with Ticketmaster or on Ticketmaster.com. Retail Outlets sell tickets in person, not over the phone. You must be physically present at the Retail Outlet to purchase your tickets.
Retail Outlet Pickup: For security reasons, the credit card holder must present a photo ID, the order number, and the credit card or gift card used to purchase tickets in order to pick them up at a retail outlet. The number printed on the card must match the number stored for the order. Temporary or single use credit card numbers cannot be used when Retail Outlet Pickup is the selected delivery method.

We do not have detailed information on any events that are not held at the Oncenter.
- Do you do exchanges or refunds on ticket purchases?
The Oncenter box office does not issue refunds or exchanges on ticket purchases. Please check your ticket purchase before leaving.
- Where is the box office located?
The box office is located at 760 South State Street in the War Memorial Arena at The Oncenter, on the 1st floor.
- Do you sell Symphony Syracuse & Syracuse Opera tickets?
Tickets for Syracuse Opera performances and Symphony Syracuse performances after November 18, 2011 can be purchased through the Syracuse Opera box office at 315-476-7372.
- Where can I view seating charts?
Click here to view seating charts and maps for the Nicholas J. Pirro Convention Center, War Memorial Arena, Crouse Hinds Concert Theater, Carrier Theater, and BeVard Studio.
- What are options for parking?
We encourage visitors to use our 1,000-car parking garage with an enclosed walkway to the Nicholas J. Pirro Convention Center. The garage is located on the corner of South State Street and Adams Street. Additional parking options can be found at http://www.oncenter.org/details/parking-map.html
- How do I avoid service charges & handling fees?
The only way to avoid additional fees is by purchasing tickets in person at the Oncenter box office. Tickets purchased online, by phone, or for other venues via Ticketmaster Retail Outlet are all subject to fees.
- Where is Will Call?
For events at the War Memorial Arena, will call is located on the corner of Madison Street & Montgomery Street. For events taking place at the John Mulroy Civic Center, the box office is located in the grand foyer lobby on the first floor next to the coat check.
- Is the Oncenter wheelchair accessible?
All of our venues have wheelchair accessible seating. Please call 315-435-2121 for more information.
- Does the Oncenter have elevators?
All of our venues are equipped with elevators.
- Do children need tickets?
Children ages 2 & over are required to have tickets for most events unless otherwise specified.
- When do the doors open?
For most events, doors will open 1 hour prior to an event.
- When should I arrive?
We recommend 30 minutes prior to show time. If you are purchasing tickets or picking up tickets that are being held at Will Call, we suggest you arrive earlier.
