No alcohol (including nonalcoholic beer and wine) or illegal drugs may be brought into The Oncenter. Alcoholic beverages can be purchased by persons aged 21 or older once inside the arena. All alcohol sales can be terminated at any time at the discretion of The Oncenter management, and all alcohol sales can and will require the buyer to provide legal identification.
Although animals are not allowed in The Oncenter, an exception is made regarding service animals for guests with disabilities. Certified service animals or service animals in training for guests with disabilities are welcome at The Oncenter and must remain on a leash or in a harness. All other animals are prohibited unless specified by management.
There ATM locations within The Oncenter, both at the Convention center and in the War Memorial Arena. They are located on ground level on State and Montgomery Streets.
The Oncenter, although not responsible for damage or theft, provides security assistance in its parking area during events.

Hand-held banners and signs are allowed at The Oncenter (this varies by event); however, they must be constructed of flame-retardant material and may not be displayed during play due to sight restrictions (if at a game or sporting event). Banners or signs may not be commercial in nature or obscene or cause any disturbance to other fans. Poles to display banners or flags are prohibited. Banners and signs may not exceed three feet in height, obstruct the view of other guests or The Oncenter advertising signage, or be temporarily or permanently affixed to any building structure. The Oncenter reserves the right to remove ANY banner or sign without exception or to change this policy at any time. Most events allow signage as long as the sign is not wider than your seating area and does not block the view of guests around you. Please call ahead of time if you have any questions on the event you are attending.

While still at the event, please write down the seat location and give this information to an usher. To submit this information after an event, please call The Oncenter during normal business hours at 315.435.8000.
All camera policies are event specific, so please call 315.435.8000 to verify prior to coming to the event. No professional camera/video equipment may be brought in for any Oncenter event including “detachable” lenses, lenses that are longer than 3 inches or flashes. Patrons have the option to take any cameras that are not allowed in back to their car. Please note for most events the regular 35mm or digital/disposable cameras are allowed in as long as the lens is not detachable. This is not the case for all events. Concerts may have their own policy based on the promoter's requests.
Children 24 months and older must have a ticket in order to gain entrance to The Oncenter. Children under 24 months of age may enter without a ticket but must sit on their parent's or guardian's lap. PLEASE NOTE: Some events will require all attendees regardless of age to present a ticket for entry into The Oncenter. Please check the event's ticket policies at the time of purchase.

The Oncenter maintains certain temperatures during all events. These temperatures are determined event by event.
There are a variety of permanent concession stands in The Oncenter, with additional “portable” locations for selected events. Please note that all beverages in plastic bottles will be sold without the tops.
No outside food, beverages, coolers, bottles or cans may be brought into The Oncenter. Items for children such as baby bottles, formula, etc., will be allowed.
If you need assistance getting to or from your seat please ask an Oncenter representative for assistance. Courtesy wheelchairs will then be returned so that other patrons may receive assistance. Please contact your nearest Oncenter representative when you would like to leave so that a wheelchair may be located and dispatched.
The Oncenter is committed to providing every customer with a comfortable and enjoyable experience. Special seating allows patrons with disabilities the same flexibility on location and price options as any other patron. Hospital-size elevators are available for the mobility-impaired.

For most events, doors open 1 hour prior to start time. This may vary by event. For specific information, please call The Oncenter at 315.435.8000.
There are elevators located throughout The Oncenter venues. If you require assistance any of the Oncenter staff will be happy to help you locate an elevator.
In the event of an emergency, all The Oncenter personnel have been trained and instructed to assist you in evacuating the premises. Appropriate emergency strobe lights and voice enunciators are located throughout the building, as well as in all public restrooms. Please always remain calm and follow the instructions from The Oncenter staff members.
The emergency number for The Oncenter on the night of an event is 315.435.8040. The call is taken by a Security Representative and relayed to our staff that then relays the message to you in your seat (if that information is provided). Please be sure to leave your section, row, and seat number with any person(s) who may need to reach you at the event in case of emergency. This is the only way our staff will be able to locate you. Patrons will be contacted in emergency situations only.

In the event of an emergency, please notify any Oncenter representative in order to ensure that appropriate emergency personnel are notified and dispatched. Paramedics and EMT staff First Aid locations are on site for all events.
Food / Beverages / Concessions
Outside food or beverages of any kind (alcoholic included) are not allowed to be brought into The Oncenter. Concession stands located throughout The Oncenter sells a wide assortment of food and a variety of alcoholic and nonalcoholic beverages. State law prohibits the sale of alcohol to persons under the age of 21. Guests will be required to show legal identification and proof of age when purchasing alcoholic beverages.

The Oncenter intends to provide all guests with a safe, comfortable, and enjoyable atmosphere. Consequently, arena management does not intend to allow a pleasant experience to be disrupted or ruined by unruly guests. Therefore, we have established the following rules for guest conduct:
• Guests using foul or abusive language or gestures will be ejected from The Oncenter with no refund.
• Guests appearing intoxicated will be denied entry or ejected from The Oncenter.
• Guests interfering with the progress of the event or attempting to enter or throw items within the facility grounds will be ejected from The Oncenter and possibly arrested.
• Guests trying to sell tickets on The Oncenter property without permission will be asked to leave.
To enforce these policies, The Oncenter event staff and Syracuse Police are located throughout the arena. Guests who are not here to enjoy the event or who cannot comply with these rules will not be welcome at The Oncenter.
Our Guest Services staff is ready to help with any questions you may have about the services and amenities within The Oncenter. If you lost an item during an event, please contact the nearest Oncenter staff member for assistance. You may also turn in any found items at our Security Office. Items will be held for 30 days with unclaimed items donated to charity. On non-event days, please call The Oncenter Security department at 315.435.8040.
Lost children or parents looking for lost children should be directed to the nearest Oncenter staff member for assistance.
Event merchandise can be purchased during an event at the various merchandise stands located throughout an Oncenter venue. For Crunch merchandise, purchases can be made on non event days through the Syracuse Crunch Main Office in person or by calling 315.435.4444.
The War Memorial Arena features a Veteran’s Honor wall recognizing over 63,000 service men who have resided or currently reside in Onondaga County. As well, an Exhibit Gallery features life like replicas of actual Syracuse area war Veterans including representation from the Revolutionary War through to the Vietnam War. Viewing hours are during box office business hours and there is no charge.
Only cowbells are allowed in as noisemakers unless items are given out by the teams or building (i.e.: bangers, fan bangos, etc.).

The Oncenter features more than 1300 parking spaces on its property, including parking for patrons with disabilities. Prices for parking vary by event. Pre-sold parking is available for certain events. During all The Oncenter events, guests are not permitted to leave the facility and return.
There are restrooms located throughout The Oncenter for your convenience.
Season Ticket Purchase Information

The Oncenter wants to ensure that patrons have a fun and safe experience at our venue. If you have any concerns or questions, an Oncenter staff member will be happy to assist you at any time. The Oncenter staff and/or Syracuse Police Dept. provide security for all events, patrons, and performers.
There is a no re-entry (i.e., in-and-out, pass-outs) policy in effect at The Oncenter.
The Oncenter is a smoke-free facility with a limited number of designated smoking areas. Guests who fail to comply with The Oncenter’s smoking policy will be asked to cease smoking or to move to a designated smoking area. Those continuing to violate the policy will be ejected from the facility. Please dispose of all said items before entering The Oncenter at the nearest trash bin.

Tailgating is prohibited at The Oncenter. Overnight parking is also prohibited.
If you are interested in purchasing tickets to a Oncenter event, you can do so at The Oncenter Box Office located in the Onondaga County War Memorial on the State St. side of the building . You can also purchase tickets by phone for a convenience charge by calling 1-800-745-3000 or you can order online by going to www.ticketmaster.com. If you live in the Syracuse area, you can purchase tickets at any Ticketmaster outlet. For ticket orders by phone, call Ticketmaster at 1-800-745-3000. Pre-sold parking is available for events. Video recorders are prohibited in The Oncenter. Anyone caught videotaping an The Oncenter event will be asked to delete the video and take it to their vehicle for the remainder of the event.

If you need assistance getting to or from your seat, please request a wheelchair from an usher. An usher will bring a wheelchair to assist you to your seat. Courtesy wheelchairs will then be returned to the usher so that other guests may receive assistance.
